Pre-Distributor

Period:

6 months to 12 months, depends on the cooperation situation

In the stage, your company file will be created in our system and marked in “pre-distributor”, our sales person will follow your sales and help you to promote our products in your market. Other clients from the same area or working in the same market will be hold to offer our products. All inquiries in this market will be transfer to you to follow.

Sample locks:

All samples will be charged first, and the cost will be refund when the orders come.

Training

All user manual will be sent through email; each sample lock also comes with the user manual. We suggest you to open a “WhatsApp” account and contact with our sales person, so that we can take some videos about the operation for studying. On the other side, we can follow your training better.

If possible, we will send our people to come to meet you and do the training face to face.

Sales Target:

There is no sales target in this period, and we can accept some small order from your side.

Each month your company need to send us the market feedback for our products. You can also send us some suggestion about our products and sales policy.

Support:

1. Catalog (paper version, digital version)
2. Product pictures (blank background in high resolution)
3. Name card (follow our company design)
4. Graphic design
5. Gift (Ball-point pen)

Exclusive Distributor

Period:

In this stage, both of companies will discuss all details of the cooperation and sign the contract. After that, we will authorize the exclusive distributor to your company and put your company name on our official website. Your company in our system will be marked in “Exclusive” and other clients information in this market will be transfer to you and follow up.

Sample locks:

If there are some new models released, we will send 2 sets to you free of charge for testing and promoting.

You need to give us some feedback about the new models in your market.

Training

Each year we will send our people come to meet you. We will discuss the products and sales plan.

Sales Target:

There will be a sales target set up each year. The target will be confirmed with both sides after discussion.

Support:

1. Catalog (paper version and digital version), if you need some catalog translated in your own language, we will send the open file to your for translating, and then print them out.
2. Product Pictures (bank background in high resolution), if you need to design some pictures, send your requirement and then we help to design.
3. Name card (follow our company design)
4. Graphic design
5. If you meet the sales target, we will refund 2% of the total sales volume as the promotion fee.
6. There is USD1,000 each year as gift support which you can buy some gift to promote our brand.
